The Premier Inspection is our most requested service and recommended for larger RV’s, including toy haulers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes.

Larger high-end towable and motorhomes are equipped with sophisticated systems and premium amenities. Your expectations should be high when purchasing an expensive new or used RV. A NRVIA certified Premier Inspection is a powerful tool to help you fully understand an RV’s true condition before you buy.
We evaluate the condition of exterior sidewalls, caps, doors, windows, paint, decals, and trim
Document and photograph exterior damage and cosmetic defects
Enhanced inspection of exterior surfaces and seals that could allow water intrusion
We inspect the condition of the chassis, axles, wheels, tires, brakes, suspension, self-leveling system, break-away connection, and stabilizer jacks
Evaluate the roof membrane condition including vents, antennas, seals, and skylights
Plumbing evaluation includes sinks, shower, faucets, pump, tanks, and dump valves
Air Conditioning, coil condition, and cooling performance test (Delta-T)
Furnace operation including fan and thermostat
Tank and tankless water heater test from electric and propane heating sources
Washer-Dryer Operation (if equipped)
Electrical system safety including fuse panel connections, GFCI trip testing, receptacle polarity check, converter test, inverter function and voltage check
Test vents, fans, 12-volt and 120-volt lighting, receptacles, and switches
Inspect the condition of, flooring, walls, ceiling, window operation, and emergency exits
Evaluate furniture condition including, upholstery, interior doors, panels, cabinets, drawers, and beds
Test all electronics, including TV, Radio, DVR, and other entertainment systems
Verify operation safety of electric and propane operated stovetops and ovens
Propane system operation, safety check, and leak test
Life safety components including smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, propane detector, and fire extinguisher
Toy Hauler cargo door, patio, ramp, seating, and bed function and condition - when applicable
Up to 100 photographs, videos, summarized areas of concern with priority, extended documentation showing all points of inspection, findings, and recommendations.
Expanded evaluation of all sidewalls, caps, doors and windows for any material and cosmetic defects including chips, scratches, damaged decals, seals, trim, as well as paint and clearcoat.

Inspect interior surfaces including countertops, tile, upholstery, wood surfaces, wall coverings, cabinetry, drawers, and compartments for chips, dents, scratches, tears, water intrusion, or discoloration.
Inspect furniture and upholstery for visible defects, previous repairs, tears, material separation, water damage, and discoloration.
Evaluate and test cargo or basement compartment doors, locks, latches, alignment, plus interior cargo slideouts, shelves, cleanliness, and seals.
We inspect and test indoor and outdoor kitchens including sink, faucets, countertops, stoves, grills, and refrigerator for both function and condition.
Test and evaluate slideouts extension, retraction, alignment, seal integrity, wire harness protection, and safety features
Inspect tires and wheels including extension valves, tire tread, tire pressure, overall condition, and document manufacturer information including production dates.
Expanded inspection of coach and chassis battery condition, slideout trays, disconnect switches, cable connections, water level, and signs of corrosion
Inspect and test landing gear, stabilizers, and self-leveling systems
Air suspension and air brake system check
Test motorized RV cockpit controls, navigation, rear view camera, air brakes, windshield shade, vehicle heating and cooling operation, seat functions, mirror control, seatbelts, and all other OEM equipped accessories
Onboard generator load testing, transfer switch function, breaker operation, control panel operation, and fluid level checks
Inverter voltage test at half load
Expanded electrical system evaluation including breaker panel, converter test, outlet voltage and polarity test, hot skin test, and USB port voltage test.
Additional appliance testing including expected function, performance, condition, alignment, mounting, and safety.
